# §100.144. Office building for State, local, or district party committees or organizations.


A payment, distribution, loan, advance, or deposit of money or anything of value, made by, or on behalf of, a State, local, or district party committee or organization for the purchase or construction of an office building in accordance with [11 CFR 300.35](/cfr/11/300.35.md) is not an expenditure.
