# §100.143. Brokerage loans and lines of credit to candidates.


Repayment of a loan of money derived from an advance on a candidate's brokerage account, credit card, home equity line of credit, or other line of credit available to the candidate, as described in [11 CFR 100.83](/cfr/11/100.83.md), is not an expenditure.
