# §904.6. Charge for capacity and firm energy.


The charge for Capacity and Firm Energy from the Project shall be composed of two separate charges; a charge to provide for the basic revenue requirements, as identified in paragraphs [(b)](/cfr/10/904.5.md?p=b), [(c)](/cfr/10/904.5.md?p=c), and [(d)](/cfr/10/904.5.md?p=d) of § 904.5 of these General Regulations (Base Charge), and a charge to provide the surplus revenue for the Lower Colorado River Basin Development Fund contribution, as identified in [paragraph (e)](/cfr/10/904.5.md?p=e) of § 904.5 of these General Regulations (Lower Basin Development Fund Contribution Charge).
