# §9.102. General requirement.


Commissioners shall not jointly conduct or dispose of Commission business in Commission meetings other than in accordance with this subpart. Except as provided in [§ 9.104](/cfr/10/9.104.md), every portion of every meeting of the Commission shall be open to public observation.
