# §835.701. General provisions.

- (a) Records shall be maintained to document compliance with this part and with radiation protection programs required by [§ 835.101](/cfr/10/835.101.md).
- (b) Unless otherwise specified in this subpart, records shall be retained until final disposition is authorized by DOE.
