# §820.67. Final order.


If no filing is made under [§ 820.66](/cfr/10/820.66.md), an exemption decision becomes a Final Order fifteen (15) days after it is filed by a Secretarial Officer. If filing is made under [§ 820.66](/cfr/10/820.66.md), an exemption decision becomes a Final Order 45 days after it is filed by a Secretarial Officer, unless the Secretary stays the effective date or issues a Final Order that modifies the decision.
