# §76.31. Periodic application requirement.


The Corporation shall periodically apply to the Commission for a certificate of compliance, in accordance with [§ 76.36](/cfr/10/76.36.md), on or before April 15 of the year specified in an existing certificate of compliance as determined by the Commission, but not less frequently than every 5 years.
