# §715.2. Definitions.


As used in this subpart—

Act means the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990, 104 Stat. 2399.

Facility means a “new independent power production facility” as that term is used in the Act, [42 U.S.C. 7651o(a)(2)](/usc/42/7651o.md?p=a-2).
