# §62.16. Withdrawal of a determination request.

- (a) A person may withdraw a request for a Commission determination under this part without prejudice at any time prior to the issuance of an initial determination under [§ 62.21](/cfr/10/62.21.md) of this part.
- (b) The Secretary of the Commission will cause to be published in the Federal Register a notice of the withdrawal of a request for a Commission determination under this part.
