# §61.10. Content of application.


An application to receive from others, possess and dispose of wastes containing or contaminated with source, byproduct or special nuclear material by land disposal must consist of general information, specific technical information, institutional information, and financial information as set forth in [§§ 61.11 through 61.16](/cfr/10/61.11..61.16.md). An environmental report prepared in accordance with [subpart A of part 51](/cfr/10/part51-subpartA.md) of this chapter must accompany the application.
