# §605.2. Applicability.

- (a) This part applies to all grants and cooperative agreements awarded after the effective date of this amended rule.
- (b) Except as otherwise provided by this part, the award and administration of grants and cooperative agreements shall be governed by [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md) as amended by [2 CFR part 910](/cfr/2/part910.md) (DOE Financial Assistance Rules).
