# §55.2. Scope.


The regulations in this part apply to—

- (a) Any individual who manipulates the controls of any utilization facility licensed under parts [50](/cfr/10/part50.md), [52](/cfr/10/part52.md), or 54 of this chapter,
- (b) Any individual designated by a facility licensee to be responsible for directing any licensed activity of a licensed operator.
- (c) **Any facility license.**
