# §53.1455. Duration of combined license.


A COL is issued for a specified period not to exceed 40 years from the date on which the Commission makes a finding that acceptance criteria are met under [§ 53.1452(g)](/cfr/10/53.1452.md?p=g) or allowing operation during an interim period under the COL under [§ 53.1452(c)](/cfr/10/53.1452.md?p=c).
