# §52.85. Administrative review of applications; hearings.


A proceeding on a combined license is subject to all applicable procedural requirements contained in [10 CFR part 2](/cfr/10/part2.md), including the requirements for docketing ([§ 2.101](/cfr/10/2.101.md) of this chapter) and issuance of a notice of hearing ([§ 2.104](/cfr/10/2.104.md) of this chapter). If an applicant requests a Commission finding on certain ITAAC with the issuance of the combined license, then those ITAAC will be identified in the notice of hearing. All contested hearings on combined licenses are governed by the procedures contained in [10 CFR part 2](/cfr/10/part2.md).
