# §52.139. Standards for review of applications.


Applications filed under this subpart will be reviewed for compliance with the standards set out in 10 CFR parts [20](/cfr/10/part20.md), [50](/cfr/10/part50.md) and its appendices, and 10 CFR parts [73](/cfr/10/part73.md) and [100](/cfr/10/part100.md).
