# §431.16. Test procedures for the measurement of energy efficiency.


For purposes of [10 CFR part 431](/cfr/10/part431.md) and EPCA, the test procedures for measuring the energy efficiency of an electric motor shall be the test procedures specified in appendix B to this subpart B.
