# §431.154. Test procedures.


The test procedures for clothes washers in appendix J2 to [subpart B of part 430](/cfr/10/part430-subpartB.md) must be used to determine compliance with the energy conservation standards at [§ 431.156(b)](/cfr/10/431.156.md?p=b).
