# §35.2610. Records of safety procedures.


A licensee shall retain a copy of the procedures required by §§ [35.610(a)(4)](/cfr/10/35.610.md?p=a-4) and [(d)(2)](/cfr/10/35.610.md?p=d-2) until the licensee no longer possesses the remote afterloader, teletherapy unit, or gamma stereotactic radiosurgery unit.
