# §35.2310. Records of safety instruction.


A licensee shall maintain a record of safety instructions required by §§ [35.310](/cfr/10/35.310.md) and [35.410](/cfr/10/35.410.md) and the operational and safety instructions required by [§ 35.610](/cfr/10/35.610.md) for 3 years. The record must include a list of the topics covered, the date of the instruction, the name(s) of the attendee(s), and the name(s) of the individual(s) who provided the instruction.
