# §31.2. Terms and conditions.


The general licenses provided in this part are subject to the general provisions of [Part 30](/cfr/10/part30.md) of this chapter ([§§ 30.1 through 30.10](/cfr/10/30.1..30.10.md)), the provisions of §§ [30.14(d)](/cfr/10/30.14.md?p=d), [30.34(a) to (e)](/cfr/10/30.34.md?p=a..e), [30.41](/cfr/10/30.41.md), [30.50 to 30.53](/cfr/10/30.50..30.53.md), [30.61 to 30.63](/cfr/10/30.61..30.63.md), and Parts [19](/cfr/10/part19.md), [20](/cfr/10/part20.md), and 21, of this chapter 1 unless indicated otherwise in the specific provision of the general license.
