# §26.709. Applicability.

- (a) The requirements of this subpart apply to the FFD programs of licensees and other entities specified in [§ 26.3(a) through (d)](/cfr/10/26.3.md?p=a..d), except for FFD programs that are implemented under [subpart K](/cfr/10/subpartK.md) of this part.
- (b) The requirements in this subpart apply to the FFD programs of licensees and other entities specified in [§ 26.3(f)](/cfr/10/26.3.md?p=f) that elect not to implement the requirements in [subpart M](/cfr/10/subpartM.md) or elect to implement the requirements in [§ 26.605(b)](/cfr/10/26.605.md?p=b).
