# §217.30. Delegations of authority.

- (a) The priorities and allocations authorities of the President under Title I of the Defense Production Act with respect to all forms of energy have been delegated to the Secretary of Energy under E.O. 12919 of June 3, 1994 (59 FR 29525).
- (b) The Department of Commerce has delegated authority to the Department of Energy to provide for extension of priority ratings for “industrial resources,” as provided in [§ 261.35](/cfr/10/261.35.md) of this part, to support rated orders for all forms of energy.
