# §207.1. Purpose.


The purpose of this subpart is to set forth the manner of enforcement regarding the collection of energy information which the Administrator is authorized to obtain by sections [11 (a)](/cfr/10/11.md?p=a) and [(b)](/cfr/10/11.md?p=b) of ESECA.
