# §2.1200. Scope of this subpart.


The provisions of this subpart, together with [subpart C](/cfr/10/subpartC.md) of this part, govern all adjudicatory proceedings conducted for the grant, renewal, licensee-initiated amendment, or termination of licenses or permits subject to parts [30](/cfr/10/part30.md), [32](/cfr/10/part32.md) through 36, 39, 40, 50, 52, 53, 54, 55, 61, 70, and 72 of this chapter, except as determined through the application of [§ 2.310(b) through (h)](/cfr/10/2.310.md?p=b..h).
