# §19.20. Employee protection.


Employment discrimination by a licensee, a holder of a certificate of compliance issued under [part 76](/cfr/10/part76.md) of this chapter or regulated entity subject to the requirements in this part as delineated in [§ 19.2(a)](/cfr/10/19.2.md?p=a), or a contractor or subcontractor of a licensee, a holder of a certificate of compliance issued under [part 76](/cfr/10/part76.md) of this chapter, or regulated entity subject to the requirements in this part as delineated in [§ 19.2(a)](/cfr/10/19.2.md?p=a), against an employee for engaging in protected activities under this part or part [30](/cfr/10/part30.md), [40](/cfr/10/part40.md), 50, 52, 53, 54, 60, 61, 63, 70, 72, 76, or 150 of this chapter is prohibited.
