# §171.25. Collection, interest, penalties, and administrative costs.


All annual fees in §§ [171.15](/cfr/10/171.15.md) and [171.16](/cfr/10/171.16.md) will be collected pursuant to the procedures of [10 CFR part 15](/cfr/10/part15.md). Interest, penalties and administrative costs for late payments will be assessed in accordance with [10 CFR part 15](/cfr/10/part15.md), of this chapter, [4 CFR part 102](/cfr/4/part102.md), and other relevant regulations of the United States Government, as appropriate. In the event a quarterly installment is not made by the appropriate due date specified in [§ 171.19](/cfr/10/171.19.md), the full fee becomes due and payable, with interest, penalties, and administrative costs of collection calculated from the date that quarterly installment was due.
