# §1705.11. Exemptions.


Pursuant to [5 U.S.C. 552a(k)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=k), the Board has determined that system of records DNFSB-3, “Drug Testing Program Records,” is partially exempt from 5 U.S.C. [552(a)(c)(3)](/usc/5/552.md?p=a-c-3), [(d)](/usc/5/552.md?p=a-c-d), [(e)(1)](/usc/5/552.md?p=a-e-1), [(e)(4)(G)](/usc/5/552.md?p=e-4-G), [(H)](/usc/5/552.md?p=e-4-H), [(I)](/usc/5/552.md?p=e-4-I), and [(f)](/usc/5/552.md?p=e-4-f). The exemption pertains to portions of these records which would identify persons supplying information on drug abuse by Board employees or contractors.
