# §160.7. Effective date of prohibition on designated locations.


The prohibitions in §§ [160.3](/cfr/10/160.3.md) and [160.4](/cfr/10/160.4.md) shall take effect as to any facility, installation or real property on publication in the Federal Register of the notice designating the facility, installation or real property and posting in accordance with [§ 160.6](/cfr/10/160.6.md).
