# §16.23. Interest, penalties, and administrative charges.


Charges may be assessed for interest, penalties, and administrative charges in accordance with the FCCS, 31 CFR Chapter [IX](/cfr/31/chIX.md), [901.9](/cfr/31/ch901.9.md).
