# §110.73. Availability of NRC records.

- (a) Commission records under this part will be made available to the public only in accordance with [part 9](/cfr/10/part9.md) of this chapter.
- (b) Proprietary information provided under this part may be protected under [Part 9](/cfr/10/part9.md) and § [2.390(b)](/cfr/10/2.390.md?p=b), [(c)](/cfr/10/2.390.md?p=c), and [(d)](/cfr/10/2.390.md?p=d) of this chapter.
