# §1040.122. Request for hearing or review.


Whenever an applicant or recipient requests a hearing or review in accordance with § [1040.121(a)(1)](/cfr/10/1040.121.md?p=a-1) or [(b)](/cfr/10/1040.121.md?p=a-b), the DOE General Counsel or his/her designee shall submit such request along with other appropriate documents to the FERC.
