# §1010.102. Cross-references to employee ethical conduct standards, financial disclosure regulations, and other conduct rules.


Employees of DOE are subject to the Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch at [5 CFR part 2635](/cfr/5/part2635.md), the DOE regulation at [5 CFR part 3301](/cfr/5/part3301.md) which supplements the executive branch-wide standards, the executive branch-wide financial disclosure regulations at [5 CFR part 2634](/cfr/5/part2634.md), the executive branch-wide financial interests regulations at [5 CFR part 2640](/cfr/5/part2640.md), and the executive branch-wide employee responsibilities and conduct regulation at [5 CFR part 735](/cfr/5/part735.md).
