# §10.38. Certifications.


Whenever information is made a part of the record under the exceptions authorized by § [10.28 (i)](/cfr/10/10.28.md?p=i), [(j)](/cfr/10/10.28.md?p=j), or [(l)](/cfr/10/10.28.md?p=l), the record shall contain certificates evidencing that the required determinations have been made.
