# §425.1. Purpose and scope.


This part sets forth the President's Commission on White House Fellowships procedures under the Privacy Act of 1974 as required by [5 U.S.C. 552a(f)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=f). Information to applicants regarding the implementation of this Act is contained in the White House Fellowships Application Instructions.
