## Sec. 11208 (unnamed section)

- (a) The Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 1990 (Public Law 101–167) is amended—
  - (1) in section 599D (8 U.S.C. 1157 note)—
    - (A) in subsection (b)(3), by striking “and 2024” and inserting “2024, and 2025”; and
    - (B) in subsection (e), by striking “2024” each place it appears and inserting “2025”; and
  - (2) in section 599E(b)(2) (8 U.S.C. 1255 note), by striking “2024” and inserting “2025”.
- (b) <del>Section 602(b)(3)(F) </del><ins>The heading </ins>of <ins>subparagraph (F) of section 602(b)(3) of </ins>the Afghan Allies Protection Act of 2009 (8 U.S.C. 1101 note) is <del>amended—</del><ins>amended by striking “2024” and inserting “2025”.</ins>
  - (1) <del>in the heading, by striking “2024” and inserting “2025”;</del>
  - (2) <del>in the matter preceding clause (i), in the first sentence, by striking “50,500” and inserting “70,500”; and</del>
  - (3) <del>in clause (ii), by striking “December 31, 2025” and inserting “December 31, 2027”.</del>
- (c) Chapter 5 of title I of the Emergency Wartime Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2003 (Public Law 108–11; 117 Stat. 576) is amended under the heading “Loan Guarantees to Israel”—
  - (1) in the matter preceding the first proviso, by striking “September 30, 2029” and inserting “September 30, 2030”; and
  - (2) in the second proviso, by striking “September 30, 2029” and inserting “September 30, 2030”.
- (d) Section 514(b)(2)(A) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2321h(b)(2)(A)) is amended by striking “2023” and all that follows through the end of the sentence and inserting “2023 through 2027.”.

## Sec. 3105 Extension of temporary order for fentanyl-related substances

- Effective as if included in the enactment of the Temporary Reauthorization and Study of the Emergency Scheduling of Fentanyl Analogues Act (Public Law 116–114), section 2 of such Act is amended by striking “March <del>14, </del><ins>31, </ins>2025” and inserting “September 30, 2025”.
