## Section 1 Short title

- This Act may be cited as the “New Mexico <del>Native American </del><ins>Navajo </ins>Water <del>Settlements </del><ins>Settlement </ins>Technical Corrections Act”.

## Sec. 3 Aamodt litigation settlement — removed

- (a) <del>Aamodt settlement pueblos' fund—</del> <del>Section 615(c)(7) of the Aamodt Litigation Settlement Act (Public Law 111–291; 124 Stat. 3146) is amended—</del>
  - (1) <del>in subparagraph (A)(i), by striking “section 617(c)(1)” and inserting “section 617(c)(1)(A)”; and</del>
  - (2) <del>in subparagraph (B), by striking “section 617(c)(1)” and inserting “section 617(c)(1)(B)”.</del>
- (b) <del>Funding—</del> <del>Section 617 of the Aamodt Litigation Settlement Act (Public Law 111–291; 124 Stat. 3146) is amended—</del>
  - (1) <del>in subsection (a)(1)(A), by striking “for the period of fiscal years 2011 through 2016,”; and</del>
  - (2) <del>in subsection (c)(1)(A), by striking “for the period of fiscal years 2011 through 2015”.</del>
